I dived into motion graphics when I worked at NASDAQ OMX around 2014. I worked with some of the biggest brands in the world here including Dunkin Donuts, TubeMogul, Make a wish Foundation and many more. Some examples are provided.
The Bird’s Flight is my first animated short that I created during my school days. Based on a haiku by Soseki Natsume, the film explores a painterly world where a bird is set free. It focuses on emotional delivery and symbolism, attempting to unite with the poetry of Natsume’s words. I am particularly proud of the sound design/music here because that is not usually my forte and it was great fun making the compositions.
