Promo test for Mithaiwala

“Char rong er basha” or “House of four colours”  is a short on the founding principles of Bangladesh created to celebrate and uphold the values that are the heart of Bangladesh. I personally hope that this film reminds us all to look into what’s beautiful and powerful within the constitution of our land and expand on those philosophies in a more inclusive way everyday. That is the message I’d like to share with the new generation.

“Quarks & Socks” is a promo for the young adult book by the same name.  Wasi Babu lives inside a washing machine, but he is having some problems…
A collaboration with artists and writers who I’m proud to call my friends – this book is available at Bengal Boi and the production was organised by Mind Matters Bangladesh.

“Weird Head” is an indie short I created as part of an installation I constructed for an exhibition organised by Mind Matters Bangladesh highlighting mental health struggles. The animation explores issues around insomnia/sleeplessness, hearing voices and restlessness and uses experimental techniques and stylisations.

My first animation holds a very special place in my heart.
